Marvin Lee is the LA County representative for California Senior Services. Marvin was born and raised in Los Angeles and graduated from Cal Poly Pomona earning a degree in Hospitality Management. He has a strong service background having been in the food and beverage industry for over 10 years. This passion for service was carried over when owning and operating a 14 bed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly in Santa Barbara, allowing him to gain valuable hands on experience in care. He has since exited the day to day operation and is now available to guide each and every family to the perfect placement of their loved ones. Furthermore, as a member of the National Association of Realtors, he can provide real estate services to those seniors that need to sell their homes before they transition into a long term care facility, as well as assist Board and Care proprietors in the transaction of their facilities.
Janice Hazzard is the Orange County representative for California Senior Services. Janice was born and raised in Orange County and currently resides in Newport Beach. Janice graduated from Cal State Fullerton earning a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and concentration in Real Estate. She has been around the world of Long Term Care Facilities most of her life. JCH Consulting is her family’s business and they specialize in the sales of care facilities both big and small through several states. She has been actively selling and buying for her clients as a broker since 2004. This experience has provided her in depth knowledge of countless facilities and allowed her to build outstanding relationships with the owners. She truly enjoys her work and loves to travel, kick-box and meet new people!
