7. Distribution of all Decedent's net assets to heirs at Will or by Probate Code.

This service requires no-money up front. Fees for non-probated assets are 1% gross. Fees for probated assets are determined according to a formula in the Probate Code. Costs may be advanced and reimbursed when assets are paid out.
